The Cobar Bowling and Golf Club is a modern, much-loved club facility which has provided the people of Cobar, western NSW, with a club and sporting venue for over 70 years!
We have recently undergone a $3.5 million-plus renovation and refit and now provide facilities second-to-none.
We offer a wide range of services and entertainment to the community and visitors at large, and of course, to our patrons in particular.
Besides our two-competition class Bowling Greens we have one of the few premium Sandgreen Courses available in NSW, with 18 holes and grass fairways.
The NSW Sandgreen Championships are being held at our Club this year and is attracting Golfers from all over Australia.
We also provide you with a well-equipped Conference Rooms, a large Function Room, and Restaurant-Bistro.
About Us
The Golf Club is affiliated with Golf NSW. The Bowling Club is affiliated with Royal NSW Bowling.
There are no Membership limitations, and under 18s can subscribe as Junior Members.
Because the Club is a Licensed Venue, children must of course be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the areas provided.
Our Golf Club facilities are available every day excluding Christmas Day.
Please refer to the Function Room and Restaurant sections for details about these facilities.
If you wish to visit our Club on your way through Cobar we sincerely welcome you. So take the time to relax and enjoy real country hospitality, the clean clear air of Cobar, and the beautiful colours of the outback!
