2026/2027 Golf Shed renewals have been emailed or posted on 3/9/2026. If you do not receive your renewal in the next week, please contact administration.
RE: GOLF SHED RENEWAL AGREEMENT AND ANNUAL PAYMENT
The use and occupation of a golf shed at the Cobar Bowling & Golf Club is a privilege for eligible members and does not create ownership or permanent rights.
Eligibility and Occupancy Requirements
- Be a current financial member of Cobar Bowling & Golf Club Ltd.
- Be a current affiliated golfer with the Club.
- Pay the annual Golf Shed fee by the due date in August each year.
- Be a resident of Cobar or the surrounding district unless otherwise approved.
- Keep the Golf Shed and surrounding area tidy and secure.
- Use the shed primarily for storing golf carts, golfing gear, and related items.
- Not transfer, sublet, loan, or otherwise give occupation or use of the shed without written approval.
- Comply with directions issued by Club Management.
- Promptly notify the Club of any changes to contact details or eligibility.
If you are NOT currently an AFFILIATED GOLF MEMBER, you have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to become an affiliated golfer. Failure to do so may result in the forfeit of the golf shed tenancy agreement.
FEES AND NON-PAYMENT
Annual fees must be paid by the specified date; non-payment may result in forfeiture of the shed.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT & GOLF CART CHARGING
Electrical items must comply with safety standards and be installed by a licensed electrician.
PROHIBITED & DANGEROUS ITEMS
Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials are not allowed in sheds.
DAMAGE, SECURITY & INSURANCE
Shed holders are responsible for securing and insuring their property.
TERMINATION, VACATING & REALLOCATION
The Club may terminate agreements for non-compliance or reallocate sheds as needed.
PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND / ABANDONED PROPERTY
Abandoned property may be disposed of after the stated period.
